Brand new replacement woofer for the Yamaha HS8 powered studio monitor. This is the 8" low-frequency driver used in Yamaha’s HS8 monitor cabinet, ideal for replacing a blown, distorted, rubbing, torn, or damaged woofer while keeping the speaker original factory performance.
The Yamaha HS8 is built around an 8" cone woofer and 1" dome tweeter in a 2-way bi-amplified bass-reflex studio monitor design. In the complete HS8 cabinet, Yamaha rates the monitor at 38 Hz – 30 kHz frequency range, with a 75W LF amplifier + 45W HF amplifier for 120W total system power. The factory crossover point is 2 kHz.
