Returns & Exchanges
Our official return and exchange window is 30 days from the date you receive your order.
That said, we try to be fair and reasonable. We stand behind the products we sell and the work we do. If something isn’t right, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to help find a solution.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@santonaudio.ca or call us at +1 905-475-2038. Please include your order number or proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.
Items should be returned in the same condition you received them, with any included accessories, manuals, packaging, or parts where applicable. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or returned in a condition different from how they were sold may not be eligible for a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund or exchange has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and customers are usually responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our error or the item arrived damaged/defective.
If you have a problem with something we sold you, please call us. We’ll talk it through and try to figure out a fair solution.
